The OES cooking team placed 2nd in the Fin division of the AADE F5 - Lafayette Chapter held at the Blackham Colosieum. Mark Dore cooked the crawfish etouffee and Glenn Meaux fried the catfish. Another good turnout for the annual event with some great weather. Thanks to all for participating.
